Yes they will, The turbo and NA have the same cam gear set up. Na motors can benefit from adjusting the cam timming also.

what difference can be expected from changing the cam timing from stock on the turbo supra? i was under the impression that the stock cams were the best suited to the engine.

It depends .. you can move the power about increasing your maximum power output or maximise for low end torque with the stock cams... dependant on the application and cams your running the gains can be minimal to modest and can make a huge difference to drivability in both negative and positive ways .. it really depends what you want and how much time and money your going to spend to get there .. Just dont think that your going to pull someone elses cam setup from a website and suddenly make extra free power :D

Exactly, They will move your powerband up or down the rpm range to better suit your type of driving, also they just look great!

Its something that really needs to be set up on a rolling road, or using some good datalogging software where you can measure both airflow, AFRs, rpm's and Torque/bhp.
I would start on the intake and take it 1 degree of advance each time doing logs, then overlaying the results and seeing where the best acceleration/AFR's/airflow and Torque/bhp figures occour, Then adjusting the Exh. 1 degree retard at a time and logging effects and deciding on the best combo.

As Ed says, every engine and setup is different, so no 2 sets of settings for int/exh. will be the same.

You will usually find its very small amounts of degreeing needed, i.e 3 degrees of advance on intake and 1 degree of retard on exh. You will also find that Cam timing from the factory is very conseritive due to emmisions etc etc, so a bit of power can be found

And they look good whixh is the most important thing :notworthy

ED the Uego has a serial output stream, on the AEM forum theres a schemtatic for a Serial lead, so you can log to laptop, think there maybe software there too.
