Turbo Timer harness HELP!!

I know I know, "NOT AGAIN" but im hitting a dead end with this.

I bought a harness for my Apexi Turbo Timer to fit my ignition loom, plug code TY-01 but it doesnt fit.

SRB say there is only one type of loomf or the MA70 7MGTE?

The ignition loom plugs on my car are alot wider than the one ive been sent. Can anyone help me identify which harness I need please.
My car was registered 28/08/1991 if thats any help.

Oh the harness is a Blitz item and the turbo timer end fits my timer its the other end that plugs into the car thats wrong.

mav can you post pic of harness you have, make it easyer to help.
i can check against my harness although i have a hks harness i think 99%
are fine to use on other brands,

these are hks timer harness model number
which show that there is two types for the supra
i have the tt-3 for mine fits the ignition fine.

if you do a search for these you may find a pic
and you can check to see if the harness fits the end of you apexi timer,
too. hks harness is around 8 to 10 quid,

have a h reg 1991

think there is the bigger one you have
and the smaller one for the later turbos
which i have

er think thats gotta be the wrong way round mate?

Mines a J so a bit newer than yours yet I need the bigger plug? :confused:

ok i know this is an older thread but as i can shed some light on it thought i'd post.


the later type of wiring harness is a much bigger plug, i have the hks turbo timer harness here for a pre 91 which don't help as i now have a 91 car grrrr so in short there are deff 2 types with the larger plug being for the 91+
