The Apexi SAFC (1 or 2) is a better bet I think.

Karman Vortex used need not apply.
Nod.

Question on this... according to some info I read (supraforums.. what a load of misinformation lol) the ecu adjusts the mixture based on the oxygen sensor readings. adding a safc or such allows you to alter the mixture, but the ecu just compensates, and sets it back to what it thinks is best?
That's why the SAFC is a good idea, the self correction happens at light throttle but at high throttle the ECU goes "open loop" and you can tell it what to do without it over-ruling you. The SAFC has a low throttle map which you can leave fairly untouched, and a high throttle map which you can adjust without screwing up the feedback from the O2 sensor.

ahh ok. Thanks. I'd seen the two maps, but hadn't realised the ecu bottled out like that :) Supraforums has a lot of info, but actually finding anything that makes sense inbetween the macho & BS is a PITA
(Interestingly due to my N/A not having an o2 sensor/knock sensor/etc, you can change pretty much everything ;), but i'm learning the turbo stuff as well, as a turbo will be on the cards before too long)
