heating died

Help
After refitting my radio surround yesterday, my heating has died,it was working fine until i had the ash tray etc out to refit the radio correctly, the connections on the back were re soldered last summer and the only fuse i could find in the pass kick panel is a 10 amp one and not blown, everything works except the hot air.

Sounds as if one of them soldered joints may have come apart,...or the heater valve under the bonnet has give up,
