1G rear diff

Will a 7m diff fit into the rear subframe on a 1G ??? as i want to change my diff ratio and add a lsd.

Yes AFAIK.

I also belive that the internals are swappable, so you can have an LSD with the correct 1G ratios.

I am still not sure if I want to keep the stock 1G ratio.... or go with a 7M-GE one.... I need to make my mid up before I fir my torsen LSD unit!

I am going to 3.9:1 i reckon don't mind losing some pick up,

Declan went for that ratio I think (Although he gets through a few diffs... I can't think why!! ;)) and he rated it...

I think it will probably suit the UK driving style a bit more... and is still fairly short....
