1JZ-GT (AT) ECU Circuit Diagram?

Mega hopeful I know but, has anybody got a circuit diagram for this ECU - or any of the supra ECU's for that matter - and I mean the circuit diagram for all the click and tick bits inside the metal box NOT the pin outs.

I'm sat here fault finding Marks unit and a circuit diagram would be super handy just to double check things if poss.

NOT a hope in hell im afraid, i remember a few years ago there was a search on for this info in order to find which crystal looked after the rpm limiter, and to the nest of my knowledge nowt was found.
