scorpion alarm fault

my alarm has stopped working :banghead: i can reset it and it works as normal from the key fob it will arm and disarm as many times as i care to try but if i leave it for a day it wont open up so i have to open the door with the key which causes the alarm to go mental then it has to be turned off :crybaby: could the key fob be faulty? ive tried new batteries btw

I'm no expert but it sounds as tho one or the other, keyfob, alarm, are losing their synch code after a while, best bets is to put it to the experts, go find a local autoalarm guy and just get him to have a quick look, I ended up replacing one of my fobs earlier this year, not a scorpion system, but it just kept on intermittently not working, got a 'clever' replacement for about 27 quid that learns the alarm codes and works great after the first synch with the original keyfob, haven't had a problem since <fingers crossed>
