passenger window can be operated from driver's side but not from the passenger's. That's one knackered window switch, right?

Same thing happened to mine...turned out to be a broken wire in drivers door..rejoined wires and E/W on passenger side worked perfectly again. You might want to give the wiring a look...

could also be a flaw in the master window switch (driver side).
same thing happened to my car. electricians say passenger window switch is working when he tested it.
so we replaced the master window switch. and it worked after that.

i got to hand it to my dad... he could really do some compromising with (i believe) an old CAMRY master window switch. hahahaha. it took him sometime to make it fit, but he got it in. and passenger switch worked well right after.

i got to change it back to a supra switch, though. the window "LOCK" button isnt working.

other than that... all's fine

I had both switches go on mine. I took them appart ,cleaned them and the now work perfect. There is an article on the SOGI site about doing this. Peter

I had to do this so many times to my passenger switch, I gave up in end and swapped it from a spare soop, the contacts in mine had worn down way too much in end..
