hiya..erm..i will be attempting to get to tatton on saturday, if i dont blow up!!.lol. ill be there at sometime during the day..i have a question tho..my car will definately not be suitable for showing on the stand in the clothes she's wearing at mo..do you have tent space at the stand??? where i could hide her.. or will i have to pitch tent up else where????..need to know as ive neva been to tatton n it would be a waste of your time if some one had to bring me a pass wheni get to the gate knowing that i didnt want to put her on the stand..im only coming with the intention of meeting you all and to see some lovely mk3's & to have some r+r,and not to be showing my car of to any one..((just yet anyway))!!!!!!!!!!!!..

i understand what you say n i wish she was a pukka car that we all could be proud of but as you all know i bought a dog because i couldnt afford a good example at the time..it has been in primer since begiining of last year & hasa few knocks since then..she may look ok from afar but to be ona stand next to your beautiful cars i would feel a bit imbarrased..
ifi had another car i would use it n put mine back in the garage where she was intended to stay until i had the time and money to fix her up..but as is she is my only transport and around these parts theres no other like her but next to yours i duno..any way i will still be arriving on sat n if my tent arrives b4 sat ill be staying over..typical ebay..when you need something it does'nt arrive on time..lol..we will see???

Wait till you see it next to mine! It will look concours!
If we meet you at the gate with a pass, it means you can camp with the rest of us. Otherwise you'll end up in the public camping area with the people that just wish they had cars on show stands! If you really don't want to put your car on the stand, it can be left with the tents and caravan.

thanx mate..u did just cheer me up lotss..i have been given a number to call when i get there so a passs can b brought to the gate..i want to have me tent n cart near everyone elses, n not parkit next to all them lower council cars,that does make sense!!.. duno if ill put her on the stand but i will want that pass pleaseeeeee???i do believe you gave me a mobile numba to ring when i nearly get to the gate so someone can bring me a pass???

if my supra does not make it for the weekend i will be coming up in my van. is there a way we can still camp with everyone else?

Quick question , I presume I need to ring someone for a pass when I arrive at Tatton ....... if so can someone PM me a number to call :)
Also I see we are nearer the middle of the show site this year so obviously will set up camp away from the main area (like the year before last) . Ashley might be working late on Friday ... do you reckon we will be able to get his car in up by our camping area if I come up earlier ?

With regards to non showing vehicles In the past we have never really had a problem but in June Stuart did put a ban on "support" vehicles getting for free and would have to pay £30 BUT if they traveled in together say ?? you never know

When you get there mate and see the condition of some of the vehicles on show all over. There are jaw dropping cars on most stands mate and those that are "working progress" are also on show thats what makes Tatton such a good show appart from maybe 1 or 2 stands it is not a MAX Power chav thing and people come to admire the cars not the stickers
In respect of vehicle movements they "would" like to have all cars on the stand by the time the gates open which is 8am but stragglers are okish but be very aware that it is usually a very busy (public) show type thing

Little bit gutted not to be making this one so i want to see plenty of pics up for when we get back next week :yes::notworthy

i noticed on that show pass that it says ((only valid until 11.30am))?? on all show days..will this b a problem for me getting to the stand asi am not sure wot time i will arrive there???
