Can't find the fuse!!!

Help, does anybody know where the fuse is for the aircon on a 1991 mk3 turbo. the owners manual and the toyota workshop manual say it is under the passenger side kick plate, but there is no access panel!

Any ideas anyone? :notworthy

There is no access panel you need to remove the side trim, just take out the 10mm nut hidden at back of the side kick panel (under mat) and take the first couple of screws out of the plastic inner door kick plate. The side trim will then come free.

You will only find a couple of fuses behind that panel but that is where all the blower fan controls, PS control etc are.
