Bugger and ****

Any one have any easy ways to get a bolt with head snapped off in the thermo houseing off easy???? Need to to do it tommorow morning so I can get to JAE. Really want to go am going to try drilling it out but I do not have a tap kit to re-tap.

If you have any clever Ideas or are coming past Bristol and have a spare thermo houseing that i can borrow that would be great. My mobile number is on the jae list.

Only by using a stud removal kit, although my local machine shop strongly recommends you don't use them, but drill out the broken stud and re-tap
