That's all your options, apart from even more expensive rods, and there are Ross pistons, but they're only around £50 cheaper.
If your only planning on running the mods that are in your sig, stock internals will be fine.

I think there are a few suppliers 'out of the norm'.. JE are the tops, plus i think Orient Express had some.. Carillo rods as well.. i'll dig about and get some details :)

JE's are only around £75 a go mate :D
Be nice to know what else is out there though.
I could get some Cosworth ones made (same as JUN) but there would need to be about 10 people interested.

(magnum engines. http://www.magnumengines.co.uk/. top guys  who knew exactly what a 7m motor was, GE & GTE.. i've had engine work done by them before (Celica's, Honda bikes, specials ... crank rebuilds/regrinds and rebores) and can honestly say they are tops) I'll get details..
might be interested in a cosworth set, but need to source a 7m-gte motor first.. (previous one was a nightmare) too many things, not enough time/cash etc..

Your cheapest place for stock parts is Jay Marks in the states http://www.toyotaworld.com/
You can go 40thou overbore, but that's the very limit, no more rebores after that.

nice one thanks for that link. but i guess with taking del n all that into account prob just be better off getting the bits from over here if i can. nick i forgot to put in a lil xtra boost nothing major just about 12-14 psi. would that be fine on stock too? also you guys might wanna check out www.7mpower.com there is some big bad ass power 7m's on there!!! the big power ones use je,whats the limit on them pistons then? or stock for that matter?.....

Your save a fortune from buying from them and not Toyota over here, even with shipping and duty.
Limits for power, well it's always a dodgy area, especially when talking about going higher than Toyota intended.
If the cars is set up right then I guess anywhere between 300-450 might be safe, Im sure there's yanks running more.
JE's I think are rated at 600 plus.
You'll be fine running 12-14psi.

500rwhp on stock internals, I'm sure it'll last if the tuning is right, but my philosophy is if you've spent that much on getting that sort of power, why not build the engine strong??
