Hi Y'all,

Is there an uprated oil pump available, or do peeps just stick a stock new one on? (toyota price anyone?)

Cheers!

Bryan

I think one of the jap tuning companies make an uprated one, the standard one should be fine though. Most oiling problems are due to the oil level getting too low, oil pressure dropping because of worn big-ends, or if you have an "extreme" engine the design of the oilways designed into the motor may start to cause a problem.

ok thanks :) just lining up the pieces.. i'll have a rebuilt block anyway, so new pump will likely be on the cards..
