Has anybody replaced their back discs?

My rear brake discs seem to have brake drums (Hand brake) inside them. Am I right?

Question is? If I replace my back discs does it replace that whole drum/bell housing assembly too?

Yes, a rear brake discs is top-hat shaped, incorporating the handbrake drum in a single unit.

dont worry though mate, its easy to do, just take the disc of, clean up any crap replace disc done, much like the fronts really
