how think is a normal clutch dics? i car get mine to release :crybaby:
engine is all fitted just this to sort out

so you have no drive or you can't it to put it into gear?
if it wont release (go into gear) then make sure the system is bled .. if your not sure get underneath ,take the inspection flap off and make sure the fork is moving ... and likewise if it wont engage .. if this doesnt address the problem suspect a missalignment of the clutch fork or an incorrectly seated thrust bearing ..
The stock clutch is about 4mm in thickness i think . someone correct me if im wrong .. but its listed in the tsrm as being 0.3mm minimum depth to the rivets.. i am asuming that you didnt just replace the clutch disk with the RPS one and you did replace the clutch cover and related components aswell (bearing and fork)?.. if so the thickness of the oem plate is irrelevant.

true but i had mine re-covered and i've been through the trsm and nothing i can see is wrong so im gessing the plate maybe to think its 8.5mm and ive got 1.07mm depth to the rivets but not shure if it is to think or not
will carry on with it tomorrow when its light thanks for info tho

oh i've taken around 3mm off the fly wheel too if that help ???
