my Mk3 turbo brakes are not 100%.
the symtoms were, poor performance untill pumped (ahhhhhh air in the system i thought), so i bled the system but to no avail and then i did the following
I Have
1.check operation and brake pads on all wheels (OK)
2. changed master cylinder (easy task)
3.check the operation of mater cylinder by blocking the ports and operating the brake pedal. system is tight and brake pedal only mves 5-10mm with or wirhout servo assistance.
4. totally bled the whole system until clean fluid runs from bleed nipples
5.bled the stsem with the enging running
6.bled the system then opoerated the ABS system then rebled the system

when engine is NOT running and system has just been bled brake pedal is at top of travel and only moves 10-15mm (as per supra manual.)
when i start engine the pedal falls to the floor, braking performace is piss poor. Until I Pump it brake pedal through ONE (1) stroke then i get full braking power and then it stops really well, ABS seems to work and i've carried out the diag check as per the toyota supra manual.

I'm WELL STUCK.
P.s I have some great piccys of my soop off the deck on axel stands so we could run it and bleed the brakes, veryyyy interesting
Any Ideas out there
