Long Eaton Black & Red MK3

Hi, I have a garage in long eaton near the sportsman Pub (wont mention road name) and pass a black mk3 and somtimes a red MK3 outside someones house. Black one looks really smart. Anyone on here by any chance?:action-sm:

Hi, No you wont have seen mine. Its in my workshop at the bottom of your road. I am currently rebuilding the subframe and getting ready to put a roll cage in it. Am hoping to race it in nippon on challenge or something like that. Take a walk down at the weekend if you fancy having a look am nearly always there if i aint at work.

I have to come look at your Na sometime, how much power gain do you think you have from the headwork and carbs?

head work ? carb's? i think your confusing me with tezzpip he is the only one whos done that with a na i think. mines going turbo sometime soonish.

Yeah mine is on triple dellortos and av done some work on the head and had the bottom end balanced, ceramic clutch etc etc. I want 250ish out of it once i have changed the cams and hopefully put some high compression pistons in. I had it on the road but then got my own workshop so i am working from the back forward and just doing it properly. The amount of weight i have removed is crazy lol.

Hey edk where did you get your rollcage. Is it custom made. I would love to have a look to get some ideas for mine :)

Yeah its custom, not the cleanest job or built to any regs but it stiffens the rear up some more and might help when I get it wrong drifting :)

My mate had some pipe bent into hoops to fit 300zx's. The dimentions are very close so we made one fit and welded the bars in.

I would suggest a mini meet at the sportsman but i can`t get mine in the car park there + i`ve sprung a leak on one of my rigid fuel pipes at the mo so its parked up :)

Thanks sean. Dino was saying it was the drivers side rear quarter that you have. Any chance i could purchase the main wing section that we were looking at on sunday.:)
