Its about time I put some pics up of my supra :)

I bought an e30 325 from ebay but then the bloke refused to sell it and tried to tell me that it had suddenly fallen to bits?!

I also had a look at a white turbo supra but it was full of electrical problems and auto.

I then decided that I was going to get a Non turbo manual car as they are only 35hp less than the turbo cars and there is much less to go wrong.

Found this on ebay down in london, only 65k on the clock 2 prev owners.

I bought it totally standard execpt for some nasty 19" wheels and a very loud straight through stainless exhaust which had only just been fitted.

I paid £900 for it and sold the gash bk racing wheels for £400 the next day!

Then the stripping started, at first I just had the rear of the car stripped out. My mate had some hoops and pipe to make half cages for 300zx's. The Supra's dimensions are very close so I made one to fit.

Do you think its bright enough?! :smash:

Welded it in and got myself a helmet hammack for the shopping! :smash:

Also got a pair of omp seats for £80 :)

I then had to move house and ran out of cash so the Supra got sold to pay my deposit on the house! About a year later a mate found it for sale on ebay with all new brakes fitted, and a few more mods. I got in touch with the bloke who said he had bought it from the person I sold it to and had done about 8 track days, still going strong!

I had an mr2 at the time and wanted the supra back so we did a swap :)

I got my car back, turned out someone had spent about 2k on it, all new kyb shocks, brakes, arms, ball joints and tie rod ends. It also had a much better stainless system and had gained some power.

I took it to my first dwyb this summer where Lex put it round the top track to show me what it could do and scared the ****e out of me! Cheers mate!

Lex advised me that the diff was ****e, the suspension was far too soft and the steering lock piss poor. :dw:

I went home with another list of stuff to do. I found that using the handbrake to start drifts was great but I ended up hitting the wiper stalk on the way back up and couldnt get back to steer quick enough. I also didnt want to trash my handbrake shoes as the prev owner spent a lot fitting new disks, drums and shoes.

Went out and bought some goodies!

Hydro from an escort rally car - ebay £30

Got a welded diff from a 2.0 turbo Supra which gives me crazy low gear ratios as well as locked wheels :)

I also modded the steering rack with some spacers for extra lock, gained about 20 degrees.

Tein coilovers bought from a forum member for a little less than asking price!

I also fitted bonnet pins so the bonnet just lifts off to give me a little extra cooling. I plumbed in the hyrdo with braided from Rallydesigns, binned the abs and made all new brake lines. Got rid of the rest of the carpets and soundproofing, removed the aircon and matrix from the dash. :)

Made some funky door cards from thin sheet ally

I also removed the heavy ass front and rear bars behind the bumpers, fitted a nice ally towing aye. The car now feels really light and nimble, plenty of torque for 3rd and even 4th gear drifts, helped by the low ratio. Car bought and built for about £1500, now I just need lots of seat time! :smash:

Ha, just realised - you are the guy I bumped into on Nottingham Rd a while back - I was the random stranger who started chatting about head gaskets!
