I just subjected Shaun to carrying 22 boxes (5 tiles, about 7-10Kg each) of slate floor tiles. That, my friends, is how to get a 2" drop for £100.

Anyway, the brakes have been chirping at me for a while, but with that weight, it wasn't so much a chirp, as a Banshee wail of a scream.

How much is it going to hurt, and how difficult are the rears? I may as well do all four.

Oh, and before anyone asks, Moosehumper is off getting a new MOT so I can take Shaun off the road before his MOT to get things like, er, brakes sorted ;)

BBC B's, Archies, Arorn FS Winchester Fileserves, Z80 second processors, Cub monitors, the doomsday things with laser dics also had a couple of the Old research machines z80's?? Dont know whats left in our dungeons, probably nowt but il have a look someday

Doomsday?! Aaaarrgg! I trust they went to good homes - my mate Witchy has acquired a few. You know what's on my want list, though :) RM Z80 boxes would be lovely.

I'm in the middle of a dilemma, too - I'm a writer, so I get discounts on stuff. Do I pay the discounted price for Logic Pro 6.4... or do I see what they'll do for Pro 7...

Feel free to swing by anytime you're passing the Scottish Borders. I'm a crap musician, but you can have a play about and I do like working on ambient/electronica type stuff... 101 step sequencer, tweak the filters occasionally, and lead on the Moog and Prophecy :D

Was Pro 7 not released this week? or else its on Pre-order, Have been hearing smashing reports about it, although cubase does all i need in life :)
I have moved away gradually from the hardware end (sold most of my CV'd stuff years ago) because im a master with Reason 2.5 and rewire Does me perfectly now as i dont play live anymore :gay:
