I live in Four Oaks near Sutton Coldfield and I keep seeing this one pottering about, think this is the third time I've seen it. This time I saw the plate! But he didn't really acknowledge me.... pssshhh. Was some old(ish) guy drivin mind you, doubt he's on here. Doubt he's even heard of the internet probably!!
