Good try but I'm guessing this

"3/8" drive - 4 bits from E10 - E14 inclusive"

Means E10, E11, E12, E14

My set is also evens only, if you need one look here (http://www.vehicletools.co.uk/laser-star-socket-12-1537-0-112086)

I looked at that but according to laser code 1537 is for a 12. (which I already have 2 of... due to a similar erroneous website)

if it helps its for a renault

My Forge Steel set (http://www.screwfix.com/p/forge-steel-specialist-bit-star-socket-set-37pcs/63378)from Screwfix has E6, E7 E8, E10, E11, E12, E14, E16 and E18). Great quality but no elusive E13.

Have you tried an ordinary metric socket on the bolt? Some of the sizes are a reasonable fit if the bolt is not too tight.

If you leave a hefty deposit with the foreman and a promise of a few beers for the boys the renault dealership will loan one out maybe?

What part of a Renault you trying to undo with a E13 socket? As they are normally E12 or E14

No listing So far for a E13

its a clio - the intake manifold. TBH most can be undone with a 14 (loose) but one which is in a recess that the socket won't fit into. E12 is right out :(

I'm suspicious of this, they quote 10 sizes in a 9 socket set.

I might try the 12 again maybe it is very snug fitting

i found once than a rusty torx bolt could be extracted with the use of a tight fitting allen key and a hammer to assist the fit, don't forget to buy a new bolt for reassembly. there is always a way and if you cannot find a e13 then it might not exist.

But these bolts are the other way round Hagar, and require a socket not a key.

You probably sorted by now but in future try one of these it will shift any size bolt and what ever else gets in the way.
