Asked about club discount and go 20% off the retail prices and free carriage. Seemed like a very knowledgeable person - and even knew what a Supra was!

I'm going to try some waterwetter, some 75W90NS and some high-temperature D4 ATF.

Edit: Ordered on Friday, turned up 9AM on the Monday - good service. All present and correct, plus data sheets and 2 redline oil stickers!

Edit 10.08.04: My differential may be starting to diaplay some signs of chatter so I have ordered some friction modifier to see if this helps. Needs to be added at the rate of up to 4% of the total volume of oil. Capacity is 1.3L therefore 1% = 13ml. It also appears that high temperature ATF is now called just D4 ATF. I've also ordered some fuel system cleaner to see what that does, as well as some more Water Wetter in preparation for next years coolant flush.

Well all i can say is this company are the dogs danglies when it comes to turbo conversion bits. I have used them in the past and there products are top quality.

Anyone wanting to ditch the ct26 turbo, and go for a T3/04 will find there manifold adapter flange invaluable. Simply bolts to exisitng Toyota Exhaust manifold and allows any t3/04 bodied turbo's to be fitted..Cost £33 but email for best shipping quote

They also do an amazing list of t3/04 ancillaries such as oil feed and return kits, flanges, Blank Manifold logs , Custom Fuel Rails etc etc.

They make a By-Pass-Valve (http://www.baileymotorsport.co.uk/baileymotorsport/1.html) that is similar style to the SAAB/Porsche one but in aluminium and they can modify it so that it is a direct fit to our cars to replace the stock unit. They also have non-recirculating valves.

The bottom pipe (actually called the side port because the picture is oriented for our cars) has been fabricated as 20mm instead of 25mm and so will fit directly into our accordion hose.

To install one you will need (prices are approximate and exclude VAT):
1 x DV30 with 20mm machined side port (£87.00)
1 x Samco Silicone 25mm -> 20mm 45-degree bend (£10.41)
1 x Samco 4mm x 0.5M Silicone Vacuum Hose (£1.50)

Supposed to be OK up to 40PSI but I can’t vouch for it. Had one on my car for a couple of years now.

They also sell a nice 20mm Alloy blanking plug which is useful if you remove your PCV system and want to block the hole in the accordion hose.

HT Leads - Just bought an excellent set from my local Motor Factors.

They are "Kerr Nelson High Volt" . . these are 8mm double silicon leads, and described as Original Equipment Fit.

They are EXCELLENT . . just fitted them . . . they're all the right length, and just like the original Toyota ones . . so certainly recommend these at under £40 for an N/A. (Can't understand why anyone would pay more for a set, don't believe they'd be ANY better. And incidentally, Bosch have finished making sets for the Mk3)
