Question Integration Relay - component identification please

      Hi all,

My internal lights were not auto-dimming, and I had no door warning sound, so assumed the integration relay behind the fusebox was shot.

I've pulled it out and there's definitely a burnt out component but I'm not sure what it is. As I would guess these integration relays are rare and expensive, I'd like to fix this one up if possible. Can anyone identify the broken component from the pics?

It looks like maybe a diode, judging by the black line around one end? On it is printed "T 3D9C".

Thanks for any help you can give.

It's a sinterglass diode.... Not getting much luck with the part number however..

Whatever it does the component was meant to get hot & whenever I open up one of these integration units that is charred. I'd personally just bung a high amperage replacement in & see what happens.

Brilliant. Can't beat electronics that use standard parts you can actually see with the naked eye!

Interior lights - they seem to dim on mine. It also fixed the beep when you leave your lights on I think I remember
