      Default Safc2 question

      Hi. Can anyone answer me on a fcd issue. I have the incorrect type so i will go ahead with my apexi safc2 install. Does this help with fuel cut as I don't have an fcd to fit but would.like to up the boost.

      Yes, your safc2 will raise your boost cut proportionally to the percentage that you lower the airflow.
      I recommend fitting it in conjunction with a wideband oxygen sensor and gauge and learn what that shows you and how to use it.

      Cheers matey. I have an aem wide band fitted and on wot it's 10.3 so would like to get that up to 11.5 ish or any suggestions welcome.

      The AEM wideband bottom out at 10.3 so your currently very rich. Simply subtract airflow with the safc2 at WOT (Make it a smooth transition) to bring to your target AFR. 11.5 should be plenty safe.

      Ok Thank you. Will have a go as soon as. I've also looked into stand alone managment but the auto box creates barriers and I'm not in the mood for changing to manual so this will do.
